RSVP
Meet RSVPs open one week before the meet. Swimmers must RSVP at least three days prior to the meet so the coaches can make the meet lineup. Swimmers who don't RSVP may not get to swim.
There are two ways to RSVP: either select the meet on the team calendar in the app and then select "Meet Signup", or go directly to the calendar on the website here and hit the green "Meet Entry" button. Then select either "attending" or "not attending" for each of your swimmers, and hit "Save".
Job Signup
Volunteers make the season run! There are lots of volunteer opportunities, and at least one adult from each swim family is expected to volunteer at each meet in which your swimmers participate.
Sign up for specific jobs on the Season Calendar by selecting the "Job Signup" button next to the calendar event. You can also select "Job Signup" for the meet date in the app. Remember to select "Save" when you are done. We need every swimming family to provide at least one volunteer per meet.
